GSQA Intern

Description of assignment/project:

• Develop a program and tool to drive Packaging suppliers towards Quality/Operational excellence. Define key focus areas, success criteria, benefits, reward structure as a part of the Supplier Excellence program.

• Revise existing Supplier Assessment questionnaire in line with industry standards for Food Packaging.

• Develop supplier audit tools to cover areas such as pest control, environmental management program.

• Develop supplier monitoring tool and scorecards.

• Support other Global Supplier Quality Assurance projects where needed.

What kind of knowledge and experience do you bring to the table?

• WO Education preferably in Supply Chain, Food Science/Technology with affinity towards Quality Management.

• Knowledge/willingness to learn about global standards for Food packaging.

• Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).

• Solution-oriented and innovative mindset.

• Good communication skills, strong collaboration skills, pro-active, good networker.
