The HP Partner Learning Support Team is the first and most important point of contact for HP Amplify Program Partners. Team responds to questions related to the HP Amplify Partner Program and any partner program requirements that require HP certifications.

Main responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way (via email).

• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to users by using the right methods/tools.

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward users.

• Provide feedback to customers on status of their trainings due and the certification progress.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong customer focus while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

• Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, especially in a fast-paced environment with multiple queries.

• Ability to collaborate with remote team members and other departments to provide the best possible support to users.

• Clear and effective communication in understanding user issues to provide helpful solutions.

Education and Experience Required:

• First level university degree preferred or equivalent experience.

• Typically 0-2 years training or related experience.
