Main responsibilities:

• In charge for the whole clearing process of outbound 3rd party software (managing the license clearing process, ensuring implementation of the resulting license obligations and finally creation and releasing of documentation) for different software projects

• Managing the inbound 3rd party software for certain projects (checking and approving software overview lists, checking and releasing supplier documentation containing 3rd party software) from external suppliers worldwide

• Communication with our project teams, software development teams and with suppliers based in different locations – mostly in Germany, Austria, India and USA

Key qualifications:

• University degree preferably in IT, engineering or economics or you’ve attended courses or gained comparable experience in this area

• Highly motivated person that wants to have future-oriented career in IT/Engineering

• Interest in information technology and 3rd party software

• Communicate in English
