JPMorgan Chase J.P. Morgan Wealth Management - Associate, Solutions and Advice Business Manager in New York, New York

The J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (USWM) business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised of the Chase wealth management business, J.P. Morgan Advisors, Personal Advisors and Self-Directed - our digital investing platform. The combined business has $600 billion in Assets Under Management and 5,000 advisors located across 3,500 branches and 20 offices.

In this role you will work collaboratively with USWM Solutions & Advice (S&A) team partners as well as USWM leadership and stakeholders. To be successful in this role, the individual will need to develop knowledge of the wealth management offering and channels broadly, be knowledgeable of the evolving investment product landscape, and capable of partnering with stakeholders across the organization to drive and deliver changes to our product set.

Job responsibilities

Directly support the Head of Solutions & Advice and act as a key partner to internal S&A leads and team members as well as key stakeholders and functional partners

  • Own product roadmaps and initiative tracking for Solution & Advice priorities

  • Develop presentation materials to advance the Solution & Advice strategic agenda, promote capabilities and solutions to internal stakeholders (including senior management), and to highlight relevant initiatives across various internal forums meetings

  • Conduct qualitative reporting to highlight achievements through established channels (including weekly S&A and USWM decks and summaries)

  • Identify areas of opportunity to help drive priorities forward

  • Identify and participate in opportunities to align S&A strategy with CWM, JPMA and with the overall USWM strategy, and support strategic initiatives and discussions to move business strategy forward

  • Support product controls through agenda and content coordination on key control-related committees, manage audit requests, maintain product controls changes for controls systems, etc.

  • Inform and develop internal communications

  • Manage and monitor organizational structure and hierarchies

  • Support day-to-day business operations such as internal communications, entitlements needs, business resiliency plans, etc.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Analyst or Associate level

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • At least 1 year of experience in the financial services industry

  • Proficient to advanced experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully engage and influence a broad range of individuals across businesses lines and key support functions

  • A self starter with exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to execute on multiple objectives simultaneously in a demanding environment

  • Team-oriented with ability to interact effectively with individuals at varying levels of the organization with varying responsibilities, including compliance, due diligence, legal, marketing, operations, risk, sales and technology
