PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify, analyze, and coordinate response to state and federal regulatory requirements. Support related policy and compliance initiatives. Autonomy and individual responsibility to provide solutions-oriented legal/regulatory advice and assistance to business units across the company. Manage use of outside legal counsel, as necessary. Provide general support as requested by Chief Regulatory Counsel and General Counsel. This position is hybrid and will have an onsite requirement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Juris Doctor Degree. License to practice or ability to waive into practice in New York (or preparing to sit for bar exam). Strong analytical, writing, and negotiation skills. Exceptional communication skills and ability to work with a variety of business units and stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Up to 3 years of experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Law review, law journals, judicial internships, moot court, and other extracurricular activities.
