Description

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will create and implement marketing campaigns, manage marketing events, collaborate with sales and engineering teams, and handle our social media platforms. Responsibilities:

• Plan, design and manage marketing events such as seminars, lunch and learns, and happy hours

• Collaborate with Sales Representatives on targeted campaigns to reach new customers

• Develop and execute general branding campaigns for our offerings

• Communicate with management about marketing initiatives, event metrics, and strategize fresh approaches

• Collaborate with Sales and Engineering departments to create materials for products and services

• Work with marketing company to produce promotional materials, ensuring consistency with branding efforts

• Manage and negotiate with vendors/distributors for marketing funds and organize proof of performance documents

• Engage customers through managing our social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence

• Research appropriate networking groups for Sales Representatives to join and represent our company

• Attend conferences, design booth setups and organize large events for 100+ people.

Requirements • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar.

• Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

• Experience with Database management is required.

• Familiarity with Facebook Insights for social media marketing and targeting is essential.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics for monitoring and evaluating web traffic.

• Demonstrable experience in creating and managing Advertisements.

• Proven track record in Brand Awareness campaigns.

• Solid understanding of Budget Processes within a marketing context.

• Experience in Campaign Planning and execution.

• Strong Customer Service skills to understand and meet client needs.
