Description As a Leadership Coach, the successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the leadership qualities of the team members of our small business organization. They will work closely with senior management and other individuals, using coaching methodologies to unlock potential, maximize their effectiveness, and achieve strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop customized leadership development programs by identifying key areas of improvement for each team member. Utilize evidence-based techniques and methodologies to provide feedback and identify potential areas of improvement for team members. Work directly with individuals on their leadership skills helping them to build confidence, resilience, emotional intelligence and communication skills. Providing coaching to staff in areas of personal leadership, strategic thinking, managing people, handling conflict, and decision making. Track and monitor the individual's progress, provide constructive feedback, and make necessary adjustments to enhance their leadership skills. Facilitate workshops and training on leadership development, team dynamics, change management, and other customized topics. Partner with management to improve team cohesiveness and enhance overall team performance. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages open communication, mutual respect, and teamwork. Keep abreast with the latest leadership development trends and techniques to ensure best practices are utilized. Requirements Proven experience as a leadership coach or in a similar role in business development, HR or training. Knowledge of various leadership styles and ability to detect the best for each individual. Proficient in using coaching techniques and tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good understanding of business functions and small business environment. Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Psychology or relevant field. Master’s degree or detail oriented certification in Coaching or Leadership Development is a plus.
